Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)

Occupants of SFA with ASHP should still report any system faults to the Pinnacle Help Desk as normal. The UWO has been assured that the correctly qualified engineer should arrive to fix the fault. If this is not the case then please let alan.hatton115@mod.gov.uk know and he will raise the issue with DIO.
