Retention of SFA

The policy regarding retention hasn’t changed but the detail and explanation of what circumstances retention can be applied is contained in JSP 464 Part 1 (Sct VIII para 0725)

 

If the SP doesn’t meet this criteria, then they can apply to remain on a surplus basis.
