Dependants and Vehicle Passes

The establishment security clerk (E Sy O) issues dependant passes and they are now available from the guardroom by appointment, contact 01462 75 2333.

Passes for children aged 11-17 years old can be issued with consent of parents.

​

Vehicle passes are issued by the Military Provost Guard Service and application forms can be obtained from the guardroom.

The DITG and DHU welfare teams offer free confidential advice and guidance services to all serving personnel and their families, we also provide signposting services to the organisations and groups which provide bespoke and specialist services to the Military and their dependants.

​

No pre-booked appointment necessary, you can find us immediately on your right as you enter the Gilbertine Centre via the main automatic door.

Chaplaincy

The Chicksands Pastoral team are here to provide everyone with the moral and spiritual guidance and support which we all need from time to time. Whether you are religious or not, the Padre and his team are here to help.

​

For more information on what they can do for you, please contact them direct. The Padre's office is located in the Gilbertine Centre as you make your way round to the cafe.

Emergency Services

If you require help in an emergency, please call 999 for Police, Fire or Ambulance.

 

Best access to site is via the north gate from the A600 Bedford Road. Inform them you are on Chicksands military site.

 

To speed up the arrival of any emergency service, if appropriate and possible, inform

the guardroom of their arrival on 01462 75 2333.

 

There is no requirement to give details, only to enable the guardroom to

allow speedy access to site for any emergency vehicles.
