Welfare & Contact House
On Chicksands we have a welfare and contact house which can be booked by any serving person or their families. Whether it be for an important family event, friends visiting or for any welfare reasons, this house offers a practicable and safe environment for any situation.

Sleeping 5 persons and consists of a double, twin and single rooms with a cot for a single small child or baby.

Fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and games consoles.
​
Bedding is provided except for pillow cases, bed sheets and duvet covers, which you will need to provide yourself and take with you after you stay.

Please be advised, the main purpose of the welfare house is for welfare issues which arise from time to time. If you have a leisure booking you may be asked to vacate if a welfare issues arises. Do not worry, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund you your booking fees. Alternative accommodation can be found here.
